I had the opportunity to see a presentation by Create Streets for an alternative masterplan to the OAKDA gas holder site. Create Streets are counteracting Berkeley’s proposals with their own design, which they have called Save Oval. This is exciting – the Save Oval scheme seems to raise a lot of points that I myself have queried.
